Trinidad and Tobago Restaurants: Apsara

Rated Restaurant: Apsara, Port of Spain
Cuisine: Indian
Type of restaurant: A la carte
If you are looking for a luxurious Indian restaurant in Port of Spain, the divine food is served, then look no further Apsara. Located in the Parque de la Reina del Este, near the residence of the President, this restaurant has a great atmosphere. Reserve your table 24 hours in advance (tel: (868) 623-7659), because the place is always busy.
I would say that the bad news first. Do not expect fast service here. Go early and leave 45 minutes to an hour to reach the end. Once you mentally prepared to wait, you will notice that the food was worth the wait.
This is a good place for conversation, and you can spend your time waiting to talk to friends who accompany him, or better yet, take in the surroundings. The restaurant has a bright interior with lots of Mughal art created by contemporary artist goes by the name of Sarah Beckett.
Reaching the kitchen, you can go for a la carte menu or opt for a fixed price buffet. I recommend going a la carte. This is the place for you if you like kebabs, skewers Husseini Boti test to start.
For the main course you could try a Chicken Tikka Masala Naan or accompanied by Peshawari Aloo Paratha Bharwan (Indian bread stuffed with spiced potatoes).
If you are in a mood to experiment, I would recommend Murgh Nazakat like chicken dishes, or if you prefer fish, try the delicious Machi Apsara, or the shrimp Masala. They can also Paneer Tikka Russlan to half, as cheese your ID card.
I could go on about food, but I have a list of all my favorites, and there are plenty of options if you want vegetarian food too.
Gorge on food by all means, but leave something in your stomach for dessert, Gulab Jamun and Ras Malai Kulfi or or.
And when the bill will be pleasantly surprised – it does not cost more than $ 60 in Trinidad (Trinidad hundred dollars of equality seven U.S. dollars) per person and includes drinks and service.
