MOO SHU (SLA) ROLLS
1 / 2 pound of lean ground beef
1 / 2 pound lean pork
1 large portobello mushroom caps, finely chopped

2 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce
2 tablespoons rice vinegar

In a large pot with 5 or 6 quarters slow, combine ground beef, ground pork, mushrooms, portobello, onion and garlic.
