CHICKEN PASTA EASY AND FAST
1 pound skinless chicken breast, diced
salt
black pepper
2-3 tablespoons flour for coating
2 tablespoons canola oil
A can or jar chunky salsa first Italian

Put the flour, salt and pepper in a bag. Add chicken cubes and stir until the chicken is covered.

Meatballs Stroganoff
1 1 / 2 pounds lean ground beef

3 / 4 cup dry breadcrumbs

1 / 2 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons canola oil
1 / 2 pound sliced ??fresh mushrooms
1 1 / 2 cups water
2 tablespoons flour
1 / 4 cup cooking sherry or wine
1 / 2 teaspoon paprika
1 cup sour cream
Tagliatelle with hot butter, optional
parsley for garnish
In a bowl mix the minced meat, eggs, onion, breadcrumbs, salt and pepper. Shape the mixture into 1-inch meatballs. Heat the oil in a large frying pan and fry the meatballs on all sides, remove to a bowl as browned.
Discard fat from pan except for 2 tablespoons. Add the mushrooms to the drippings and cook until soft aside, about 5 minutes. Mix water and flour until smooth. Transfer the meatballs to the pan with the mushrooms. Mix the flour / water, sherry, paprika and 1 / 2 teaspoon salt. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer the mixture for 10 minutes. Stir occasionally during cooking time. Mix the sour cream and heat well, but do not boil.
